Say hello to my very first die-cut project, retro inspired cocktail glasses! I told you it wouldn’t be long before you saw a Silhouette craft on here. It took a few days of messing around (and up) to know what the heck I was doing, but I’m starting to get the hang of it. I’m really pleased at how these turned out. I’ve always had a thing for vintage barware but it’s really hard to find for cheap. It’s in abundance at antique shops but outrageously overpriced. So I came up with the perfect solution. Do it myself. For those of you looking to do the same, I’ve included my Silhouette design templates below. Cheers!
- Silhouette Cameo
- Black Adhesive Backed Vinyl
- Gold Adhesive Backed Vinyl
- Glasses (I used ones that were 4" tall with a 10" circumference)
- Black Template
- Gold Template
Download black and gold templates. Upload templates to Silhouette Cameo. Re-size accordingly to fit your glasses. Print black diamonds. Print gold triangles and circles. Peel off vinyl diamonds and place 8 evenly spaced onto each glass. Peel off gold triangles and place two between each black diamond as shown above. Place a circle in the center of each set of gold diamonds. Repeat process with each glass. Clink. Drink. Enjoy!
