Last week was not my healthiest week. In fact, this hasn’t been my healthiest summer. Bad habits are like Pringles, once you pop you just can’t stop. It’s so easy to get into a routine of vegging; eating junk food and drinking beer. Exercise? No thank you, it’s summer! What I always forget when I start down this all-too-familiar road to Candyland is that eating crap makes me feel like crap. Similarly I feel awesome when I eat well and exercise regularly. Though it can be difficult to change negative habits, you should know, good habits are also like Pringles. A few weeks of intentional positive behavior will quickly become an easy routine. So this week I’m running away from the gingerbread house, exercising and eating better. Who’s with me?
